Proprietary Pure Essential Oil Stimulating blend in a 2% Dilution. One little bottle can go a long way as only a few drops are needed at a time. Recommended usage: Fine or thin hair apply 3-5 drops and massage into scalp at night to nourish hair follicles and to promote growth.
